Practical Conservation visit to La Brenne February 2015

Two places still available!

This will be an 8-day working holiday to this little-known but fabulous region of France which we have been visiting since 2007. We will leave on the overnight ferry from Portsmouth on Tuesday February 17th and return to the UK on the evening of Thursday 26th. Some of the costs will be borne out of our funds, from the proceeds of the June 2014 wildlife holiday to this area and there are significant concessions for volunteers who are unwaged. We are looking for a group of 12-14 volunteers who will be prepared to work on the pastures and marshes on the nature reserves in La Brenne for five of the eight days we are there – but there will also be plenty of time to explore and to enjoy the food, culture, wildlife and wonderful hospitality of the people there.
